Return Policy

At SDTdoll.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. Each doll is meticulously inspected before dispatch to meet our stringent quality standards. However, there may be instances where customers may wish to return an item. In these cases, our return policy outlined below comes into effect.

If you notice any defects or damages upon receipt of your doll, we urge you to contact us immediately. Please email your order ID, along with images or videos of the product, to our customer service representative, Alice, at info@sdtdoll.com. Our team will strive to find the most suitable solution for you as soon as possible.

Customer Service Hours:

  • Business days: 24 hours
  • Weekends and holidays: 48 hours

Order Cancellation:

Customers are entitled to cancel their order before shipping without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please send Alice a clear statement of your intent to cancel the order at info@sdtdoll.com. Please note that once the package has been shipped from our warehouse, the order can no longer be canceled.

Product Returns:

If your SDT Doll products still need to be opened and used, you may return them within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Any products that have been opened or used, or if the original packaging is incomplete, undamaged, and in its original state, will not be eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products where the plastic bag has been opened unless the product is found to be defective or damaged upon opening.

Please be aware that dissatisfaction with the product after receipt or usage does not qualify as a defect. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds in such cases.

Return Processing Time: 3-5 business days

Cost of Return: Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning items. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned products.

Before returning a package, you must confirm the return process with our customer service representative, Alice, by contacting info@sdtdoll.com. Packages returned without prior confirmation from our customer service representative will not be eligible for a refund.
