Shipping Locations
We have warehouses located in the United States and Germany which allow us to expedite shipping to our customers in these regions. Orders shipped to the United States and Germany will be free of charge and the delivery time for these orders is typically 4-7 business days.
For our customers in EU countries, we will quickly dispatch orders from our warehouse in Germany. Please be aware that our inventory in the German warehouse is limited, and some dolls may be out of stock. Free Shipping Eligibility
Please note that free shipping is only available for dolls that are in stock in our warehouses in the United States and Germany. If the doll you ordered is out of stock in our US or EU warehouse, we will ship it directly from Shenzhen China Warehouse.
Tariffs
- Orders delivered within the United States and Germany benefit from our local inventory, which means they are exempt from shipping charges and tariffs.
- For orders shipped to countries other than the United States and Germany, buyers may be responsible for paying customs duties as determined by their local customs authorities. These charges will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Additional Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
When a product is shipped from Shenzhen China Warehouse, additional shipping costs and delivery times will apply. These will be automatically calculated and displayed on your shopping cart page when you add the product to the cart.

Please be sure to leave your correct telephone number when placing an order on our website, since our courier may contact you in advance to ensure that you can sign for the express at home when preparing to deliver your goods. Or they may contact you by phone if you have any problems with your order. Leaving an invalid phone number may cause your order delivery to fail.
International Shipping:

The standard shipping time for international orders is 10-12 business days. Please note that this timeline may be affected by customs inspections which are out of our control.

Complete order delivery process
- Once you pay for the order, you will immediately receive our order confirmation email, which will list the details of the products you ordered.
- We typically process all orders within 24-48 business hours and ship within 48-72 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you find the wrong delivery address during order processing, please send us an email immediately: info@sdtdoll.com to tell us the correct shipping address. We will not be able to change the address once the goods arrive.
- We will send your goods immediately after the order is processed. You will also receive an email containing a link to track the status of the shipment. You can easily track the latest transportation status of your goods by clicking on the link. With this real-time logistics status tracking link, you can predict when your goods will arrive, wait for delivery at home, or contact the courier to change the delivery time.
